Natalia has been with our firm since September 2024. Starting out as a client support specialist, she now serves as the Client Support Lead, whose primary role is reception and schedule management. Her responsibilities include being a point of contact for clients and consultations, onboarding, and contributing to the firm’s establishment of a welcoming and supportive environment.
Natalia is a magna cum laude graduate from the University of Massachusetts Lowell, having earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology in May 2022 and a Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) in May 2024. While advancing toward her Master’s, she participated in the university’s Bachelor’s-to-Master’s program, allowing for an advanced placement in specialized graduate courses and field experience in her undergraduate years.
Natalia has since pivoted from her role in the ABA field to pursue a professional passion in business administration. She has gained extensive behavior and data-analytic experience as a former case manager and behavior technician, having practiced home-based and clinic-based ABA therapy in her local area. She has integrated her background into the firm to assess and maintain effective services, correlating well with client relations and improving the front desk’s quality of assistance. Natalia's background in psychology also provides expertise and prioritization for communication, compassion, and well-being.
If not in the office, you can find Natalia spending time with loved ones, watching movies, practicing mat pilates, and exploring new forms of self-care. She also has a love for traveling and fashion.
