Attorney Leah M. Paolini, Esq. is Senior Counsel at Ryder & Phelps, P.C., bringing more than two decades of legal experience and a longstanding commitment to high quality, client centered representation. A graduate of Merrimack College and Suffolk University Law School (Class of 2002), Attorney Paolini plays a key leadership role within the firm, serving as a lead strategy attorney to legal support staff and associates. She provides ongoing oversight, mentorship, and strategic direction to ensure that every client benefits from consistent, thorough, and thoughtful legal service. Attorney Paolini is actively engaged in case strategy meetings, client facing communications, and matter management alongside the partners.

Attorney Paolini began her career in private practice and went on to co found the Law Office of Ryder and Paolini in 2003, serving as a partner for many years. She later maintained a respected solo practice in Saugus, Massachusetts, and acted as of counsel to Ryder & Phelps, P.C., before rejoining the firm in 2021 as a senior attorney. Her background reflects a deep understanding of family law practice operations, case strategy, and client management, skills she now brings to the firm’s growing, collaborative environment.

Outside the office, Leah finds joy in cheering on her three children at their various sports and activities. She also enjoys cooking, reading, traveling with her family, and watching the Red Sox.
