Operations Manager
Juliano serves as the Operations Manager at Ryder & Phelps, P.C. He graduated from the University of Massachusetts - Lowell with a degree in Business Administration, with a concentration in Management. Having joined Ryder & Phelps, P.C. in September 2022, Juliano acts as the primary contact for all general firm inquiries.
During his academic years, Juliano transitioned from studying accounting to management to strengthen his skills in team leadership, strategic decision-making, and organizational development. This shift provided a more dynamic and fulfilling direction for his career, aligning with his drive for continuous growth and new challenges. He began his professional journey at Apple, Inc., where he explored various facets of the business, excelling particularly in Operations.
In his free time, Juliano remains active by participating in yoga sessions, regular gym workouts, and various physical activities such as horseback riding and skiing. Exploring new culinary experiences with his partner is a favorite pastime, as they enjoy sampling new restaurants together. Furthermore, Juliano's love for travel often takes him to the east coast of South Florida, where he indulges in the warm beaches and vibrant coastal atmosphere.
