Esther serves as the Finance and Operations Specialist at Ryder & Phelps, P.C., where she plays a key role in strengthening the firm’s financial processes and operational efficiency. She brings a proactive and detail-oriented approach to her work, supported by an associate's degree in business administration from Middlesex Community College. Esther is instrumental in enhancing operational activity, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, and committed to providing a positive experience for every client.

Esther is a dedicated learner who is currently expanding her expertise by pursuing an undergraduate degree in Accounting and Finance at the University of Massachusetts Lowell. Her unique blend of hands-on operational experience and growing technical knowledge makes her a vital asset to our team.

When not in the office, Esther enjoys traveling with family and friends and spending time with her two dogs.
