Attorney Shaddox has extensive experience across a full range of family law issues, including divorce, custody, child support, modifications, contempt actions, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, and mediation. As an MCLE Rule 8 Certified Mediator, she provides clients with alternative dispute‑resolution options tailored to their individual needs, offering balanced and compassionate guidance even in high‑conflict situations.
Alethea contributes significant effort towards Ryder & Phelps mediation clients, where she leads the practice’s mediation initiatives including including those involving complex situations. Her extensive mediation training, combined with her steady, solutions‑focused style, allows her to guide clients toward efficient, low‑conflict resolutions whenever possible. In addition to her mediation work, she also spearheads the firm’s prenuptial and postnuptial agreement practice, providing clients with clear, balanced, and strategically tailored agreements designed to protect their financial futures and reflect their individual needs.
