Adam Borai

Adam joined our firm in August 2024 and works closely with the legal team, assisting in drafting documents and conducting comprehensive legal research. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a Bachelor of Science in Sports Administration from the University of Miami. Adam earned his Juris Doctor from Boston College Law School in May 2024, where he also earned certifications in Mediation and Trademark Law. During law school, he served as Vice President of the Middle Eastern Law Student Association, participated in the Sports Committee, and was an annual Negotiations Competition Judge. Adam also contributed to the Community Enterprise Clinic, advising entrepreneurs in the Boston area on starting businesses and non-profits.

Background

Adam has a strong foundation in legal practice, having served as a Student Attorney in the Community Enterprise Clinic and as a Legal Teaching Fellow for Legal Outreach. His transactional experience includes working with the Miami Super Bowl Host Committee and Rosenhaus Sports Representation. Additionally, he has gained marketing experience as an Executive at Shine Entertainment.

Interests

Originally from Cairo, Egypt, Adam enjoys visiting his family and friends back home. In his free time, he loves watching movies, indulging in ice cream, and playing basketball at the gym.
